Junior Leachman PDIP IBLAW
MEET OUR DIRECTOR
Mr Junior Leachman is the Director/Managing Partner/Trainee Solicitor of The Leachman Consultancy Limited. He completed his Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law with distinction in 2023 at Cambridge Management and Leadership School. He also holds a Level 7 Diploma in Construction Management from Inspire College London (2022).
Mr Leachman has worked in the legal field since 2018, advising private clients on navigating complex legal issues from the County Court to the Family Court in the United Kingdom. He is experienced in matters such as Wills and Probate; property purchases, including negotiating the best deal for many of his clients; Employment Tribunal Matters, including negotiating out-of-court settlements; and family law matters, including divorce settlements and final orders.
Mr Leachman also works with many International private clients in Jamaica, advising them on how to navigate the complexity of the Road Traffic Act, the Firearms (Prohibition, Restriction and Regulation) Act, the Bail Act of Jamaica, the Companies Act of Jamaica, and Land Title and Land Registration, which includes property purchases. Mr Junior Leachman works with many small businesses, advising on how to remain compliant with the Companies Act and the Inland Revenue Department. He also works as a Negotiator and Closer for many private clients on construction projects and construction contracts.
Mr Leachman has worked as a Senior Paralegal Consultant Volunteer from January 2023 to August 2026 at New Cross Learning in the United Kingdom, advising clients six (6) hours per week on legal matters such as Council Tax, Housing Law, Immigration Law, Family Law, Housing Benefit, and Employment Law.
Mr Junior Leachman has been a Trainee Solicitor/Volunteer since September 2026 at New Cross Learning in the United Kingdom, which provides professional and confidential advice six (6) hours per week on legal matters such as Work Capability Assessment, Personal Independent Payment (PIP), Housing Benefit, Housing Law, Council Tax, Immigration Law, Family Law, and Employment Law.
Junior is a fellow of The Institute of Legal Secretaries and P.As (ILSPA). He is also an Associate Member of the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP), licensed to Practise, and a Law Clerk/Associate member of The Ontario Black Paralegal Association, Find A McKenzie Friend, and The Society of Professional McKenzie Friends.
