MEET OUR DIRECTOR
Mr. Junior Leachman, is the Director/Managing Partner of The Leachman Consultancy Limited, completed and obtain his Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma International Business Law with distinction in 2023 from Cambridge Management and Leadership School, he also hold a Level 7 Diploma Construction Management in 2022 from Inspire College London.
Mr Leachman has been in the legal field from 2018 and he advises private clients how to navigate complex legal issues from the County Court to the Family Courts in the United Kingdom. He is experienced in handling matters such and Wills and Probate, Property purchases, which includes negotiating the best deal for many his clients, Employment Tribunal Matters, which includes negotiating out of court settlements, Family law matters which includes divorce settlements and final orders.
Mr Leachman also work with many International private clients in Jamaica, advising them on how to navigate the complexity of the Road Traffic Act, The Firearms (Prohibition, Restriction and Regulation) Act, The Bail Act of Jamaica, The Companies Act of Jamaica, Land Title and Land Registration, which includes property purchases. He also works as Negotiator and Closer for many private clients on constructions projects and constructions contracts.
Mr Leachman also works as Senior Paralegal Consultant( Volunteer) at New Cross Learning in the United Kingdom who advises clients Six (6) hours per week on legal matters such as Council Tax, Housing Law, Immigration Law, Family Law, Housing Benefit and Employment Law.
Junior is a fellow with The Institute of Legal Secretaries and P.As (ILSPA). He is also an Associate Member with the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP) with Licensed to Practise, and also Law Clerk/Associate member with The Ontario Black Paralegal Association, Find A McKenzie Friend and The Society of Professional McKenzie Friends.
